We've already written about the reaction to Moore’s attendance at the Cannes Film Festival last weekend, but after seeing a number of online comments, we decided to revisit it.
People had plenty to say about the actress's stunning silver gown, which featured an arrowed segment jutting out from her left shoulder, but her hair also became a major talking point.
The "Indecent Proposal" star's waist-length locks garnered considerable attention after Cannes, prompting divided opinions among her fan base and beyond.
“Her hair is too much,” one person commented on Instagram.
“Yes, agreed. It needs to be put up in a messy bun… not appropriate for her age,” said another.
“Hair way too long,” another simply stated.
“Love her but it’s getting boring now. Trying too hard,” said a fourth.
“Too much hair 😢” commented another.
A fifth added: “Hair needs to be pulled into a high ponytail or a sophisticated bun. The hair takes away from the drama and detail of the dress.”
Others leaned more towards supporting Moore’s look for the event, praising her and calling out those who criticized her appearance.
In any case, we're confident that the actress is happy and comfortable with her choices.
