Cece Jewellery, the designer of the unique band, shared details of the piece via Instagram on Monday, June 24. The ring features the face of Swift’s beloved cat, Benjamin Button, surrounded by a lustrous pearl border and flaming hearts on either side. One side of the ring displays Swift’s favorite number, 13, while the other side features Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs jersey number, 87.
The jewelry brand posted several close-up images of the gold ring, showcasing the intricate details, including the cat portrait that mirrors Swift's pet famously draped around her shoulders on her TIME Person of the Year cover. Inside the ring, there is an engraving that reads "TTPD," an acronym for Swift’s 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, released in April. Cece Jewellery expressed their excitement about creating such a personal piece for Swift, highlighting how the ring is designed to keep her favorite things close.
Hadid, 29, expressed her admiration for the sentimental piece in the comments, writing, “It’s perfect thank u x.” Hadid and Swift have maintained a close friendship since they were first photographed together at the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars party, consistently supporting each other over the years. Swift has praised Hadid for her ability to provide insightful advice and simplify complex situations, a testament to their strong bond.
Throughout Swift’s Eras Tour, which began in March 2023, Hadid has shown her support by attending various performances.
